The state of Minnesota has agreed to sue JUUL Labs inc for breaching its duty of reasonable care, and creating a public nuisance. The complaint also mentioned that JUUL sold unsafe nicotine products as a safe alternative. These products had higher addictive doses of nicotine than commercial tobacco products. JUUL also developed products that appealed to youth, and neglected its responsibilities in preventing underage sales products.
